I have that dongle and the ArcSoft TotalMedia that comes with it detects my channels fine, but even after I added this section to the BDA.INI file GB-PVR is not finding any digital channels to for me to "map" to.

Did you make any other config changes to get this dongle to work?

Do a scan then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

I also have 340u and am trying to utilize the QAM portion of this device with no success.
Anyone have a suggestion?

You can try adding the following to your bda.ini:

Not sure if it will work but you can give it a try. If it works, post back and sub will add it to the master file.

Thanks for the help, made the entry but a no go. I tried the tuner_special=2 statement yesterday in addition to combinations with DVB-T,C,S ETC.... I have inserted many combinations with no luck. It completes the mapings with no channels found.
Also, this dongle was not listed, until I added it to the bda.ini file from an earlier post. I am running the most current ver. 1.2.9. Assuming bda.ini is the master record, it was not added as stated.

Set it to how whurlston recommended above, then do a scan, and zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

You might be out of luck though. Some cards use proprietary schemes for QAM.
