Only using one core?

On a second PC, i have got GB-PVR running nicely enough except for one thing, it seems to be maxxing out one core while leaving the other totally unused. Anyone know why this is? Also, anyone know how I can make use of the second core?

I'm trying to watch NZ Freeview via DVB-T using a Hauppauge HVR900

OS: Windows XP SP2
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6300
Video Card: Radeon 9600

Are you running PVRX2.exe or GBPVR.exe? It its GBPVR.exe, you may need to make sure <ForceSingleProcessorAffinity> is set to false in config.xml. If its PVRX2, it could be something the video decoder you're using is forcing.
