In case the developer(s) get a ton of free time on their hands, perhaps they could implement a couple of the following features? 
* Setting that let you toggle the file-type on/off from file view. Example: "My Holiday Video.avi" would be displayed "My Holiday Video". (it's easy, just split the string on each punctuation and rebuild it with all but the last in the result array :p)
* Ability to change background image for each plugin.
* Ability for multiple background images in one plugin, where it fades from one to the other on the list based on an interval defined in the plugins xml
* Ability to add images to the main menu items. Right now you can just add one image to all. Example: Next to "Video Library" I would like to add an icon of a stack of DVDs, just like I would like to add an image of photos next to "Photo Library".
* Search ability: From within for example "Video Library", under "Play" for instance, there could be a search choice. One the user highlight it, a small popup window (or equivalent) pops up that takes input. It doesn't have to be a search per sè, but could also be a filter, whereby if I pressed 'K', all movies starting with 'K' would show up on the list. Would also be cool if you can treat the numbers on the keypad to work like on a cellphone (press one time on '1' and you get 'a'), so that could be utilized on a remote.
