Hmm, unfortunately I think you've already cleaned up from that previous recording error, so the info I wanted to look at is no longer in the database. I might need to get you to send me the database immediate after the error happens next time, along with the recording time details again.

I have done a bit more investigation, and I think the problem only relates to the fact the recording is a 'series' recording.

I have managed to prevent the occurence by selecting each of the back to back recordings as a separate, single recording and now am not getting the issue described above.
