TV Guide Web & PVRX2 different

I've got a strange problem. When I check the TVGuide trhough the web pages, all looks OK. However, when I check the TVGuide trough PVRX2, BBC2 and NET5 channels are completely empty.

I noticed that in the PVRX2.log this shows:

(92 is Net5, a similar thing shows for BBC2)

I have emptied my EPG guide, reloaded all channels, but the issue remains. What can I do to get my guide back in working order? Any tips?

Your EPG source contains duplicate channels for 92. Remove or disable one of them.
