I can see its pulling listings for those channels just fine. The reason this happening is because you have duplicate channels. When the same channels occur more than once in the channel lineup, only the later copy is used. In this case this you've got duplicate channels up in the 800 range. For example SPEED on 150 and 891 etc...

I keep removing these and they keep coming back. How do I get rid of them permanently?

Do I need to start with SchedulesDirect?

Actually, this could be a problem since the ones up in the 800s are the HD versions and the others are lower down. If you have 2 capture cards, you might need both anyway.

Thanks for your help.

You're not getting getting HD via your analog capture card connected to the Dish STB anyway, so just disable the 800 versions. (yes, you need to do this at the Schedules Direct end aswell)

Thanks a lot - with a lot of up and down and many reloads, I think I have managed to make the changes.

In the end, I think the procedure that worked was:
1. Make the changes at schedules direct
2. Stop the recording service
3. Open Config and empty the EPG
4. Exit Config
5. Start the recording service
6. Open Config and update the EPG
7. Exit Config
8. Start the front end

Is this the most efficient procedure?
