Getting QAM on a Theater 650

Hello All, I just setup a new HTPC. I read here where someone here had gotten QAM to work on there ATI Theater 650 pro. I know there's an entry in the master ini. file for QAM. I've tried setting it up with both inputs but no luck. I wonder if someone could run though the setup. Maybe then I can figure out what I'm doing wrong. I know the QAM channels a available on my cable system I have a lcd tv upstairs the will receive them. Thanks.

I've personally had no luck but can't yet confirm if my cable company is 'QAMable'. I have read on another forum where someone said you had to have the ATI software to receive QAM but also read others that disagreed with it.
