I have two Haouppauge 250 cards and want to use both of them with GBPVR. Is that possible? I have tried, but it seems like the program only is using one of them.

It's definitely possible. You just have to set each up, one as capture device #1 and the other as #2. What do you mean "it seems like" the program is only using one of them? Schedule two recordings at the same time and if they don't work, post the logs.
The only thing that you cannot do is use both IR blasters. The Hauppauge software only supports controlling one blaster so you can't use two different STBs with just the Hauppauge software and hardware. You can however use one of them for one device and use a different IR controller like the USB-UIRT for the other.

Why, what exactly happens when you try to use them both?
Thanks alot for the help.
It worked when I installed everything, made the channel setup and tried to record two channels at the same time.
The confusing thing was that I used the "tuning assistant" to see if booth cards where working, but no matter what card I choosed, only one of the cards where used.
The tuning assistant will only ever use the first card of each particular type. There is no real need for that utility to understand multiple cards. Its not used for anything in GB-PVR, but I still include it with the release because some people find it useful for checking their broadcast channel numbers.
