Hello,

I keep getting the same error in my logs when recording using ym Winfast PVR2000. The recording still goes ahead, but doesn't seem to lokk as good as it did (maybe it's my eyes)

Any ideas on how to resolve this? This is a clean XP build.

I remember a long time ago that I was not able to change the recording res or video bitrate (or something terrible memory), and sub advised to change the Init_mode in direct.ini - does this have any effect on the media / recording type reqested by GBPVR?

Cheers

Thanks

Just ignore those errors. Its a normal part of what happens behind the scenes whent the app negotiates the directshow connections. These messages were never shown in the past, until I was trying to diagnose a problem for a user. I forgot to remove those messages, now they show up in nearly everyones log files.

I've removed them for the next release.

Oh, Thanks for that. I'd better get my eyes checked then...

You could adjust the recording quality settings in gbpvr-config-capture sources-direct recording plugin. Maybe you did that before but those settings aren't being kept when you upgrade.

Edit: I really hope for you it's not your eyes. I just got my first "varifocus glasses" I could have bought a very nice computer for that money.
