Hello,
Having been a VMC user for some time and the fact that VMC does not support the MPEG4/DVB-T we have here in NZ I have been looking for a replacement product.
The only issue I have with GB-PVR (nice software by the way!) is it when I register monogram and start Live TV after a couple of seconds it returns to the main menu only breifly displaying a black screen.
Looking at the logs I see the following.
System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
at DirectShowPlayerBase.playLiveStream(DirectShowPlayerBase* , IGraphBuilder* pGB, Char* sourcePreviewFilterName, Char* pinPreviewName, Char* sourceCaptureFilterName, Char* pinCaptureName, Char* sourceAudioFilterName, Char* pinAudioName, Char* sourceVBIFilterName, Char* pinVBIName, Boolean deinterlaceRequired, HWND__* ownerHwnd)
at NativeUtilities.MediaHelper.playVideoStream(PreviewGraph previewGraph, Form form)

at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m)
at GBPVRX2.x0061b801bdf12d35.WndProc(Message& m)
unregistering monogram allows Live TV to play (without sound)
I have tried versions v0.9.0.0 to v0.9.5.0.
I have a WinTV-HVR4000 TV card, Vista SP1, 1 GB RAM and Ati 2600PRO graphics card.
Anyone out there have a simular problem or a solution?
many thanks in advance
