Pinnacle 310i - not working

Ok, I'm real new at this, so gentle please...

I had problems with the standsrd Pinnacle software not finding all channels, so I was directed to GB-PVR.

However, I can't get it to find any channels, or populate the EPG.

I've searched everything I can think of typing in to the search engine; re-installed the MS Runtime stuff; re loaded the filters... and nothing.

What am I doing wrong???

Can you try doing a scan, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log files?

Um, how do I do a 'scan'?

In your capture source settings, hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button and it'll do a scan.

Ah, got that - and found where the Log get saved.
Scanning now... (not a lot being found)

There is no sign of any errors there, but the device never manages to lock onto a signal.

Is the device find channels in other applications on this machine?

Other than the odd channel missing in the Pinnacle software, it worked fine...

And a lot of other users have commented on the Pinnacle application missing channels - hence wanting to try GB-PVR.

Sorry, I dont really know. There is no sign of any errors, but device just never manages to lock onto a signal.
