Yes, I know that hardware drivers have to be 64 bit for the 64bit OS to use the capture card, but does GBPVR run on 64 bit machines?

Cool! Thanks for the confirmation sub.

I just checked, and Hauppauge has drivers for 64bit vista.

Any idea if these will run on Server 2003 64bit? (Will GBPVR?)

I guess my question is: does 64bit help GB-PVR at all? I suppose if the codecs are 64bit, then yes... but what about over all?

To be honest, I dont think you'd notice any significant difference.

I've run it on both 32 and 64 bit Vista and don't notice any difference. Actually cant even remember which one I've left running now after a few reinstalls! 64 I think...

I don't think you will notice a difference in 32 or 64 bit but what 64 bit offers is that the operating system can use more memory. I think 32 bit os like xp can only use up to 2 or 3 gb of memory.
