That command line has -endpos 15 which gives you a 15-second clip. Did you drop a file on the script or did you start it up by itself? If you didn't specify the 15 second clip length(I checked your config file and it's fine) then the script is coming up with it in error. if it's in error I should be able to find the problem by reviewing the debug output.
To enable debug output: -SET debugmode=yes -Drop the file on debug-dump.bat The script should run, find shows to transcode, and start transcoding. -Attach the logfile here.

I couldnr get the debug file working, but here are the errors.

Looks like the -endpos 15 is gone which is good. Could you post the .info file that is in the show directory? (seinfield_.info)
Does this happen to all files?

It works fine for standard def recordings that I made back when I was using analog cable in win tv. The HDTV recordings out of GBPVR do not work though. Here is the INFO file.

Ok, found it. Mplayer thinks the dvr-ms file has PCM audio which is incorrect. This is a known issue with mencoder and hi-def dvr-ms files. I would suggest using the TS mux. Or you can convert the dvr-ms file to an mpg file before transcoding.
Hope this helps.

How do I use TS mux?

Open the config app. Go to the Misc2 tab. Under BDA Multiplexer, choose TS Mux. Choose OK and try a recording.

I need a version of this script for a 320x240 Windows smartphone (TCMP player). Xvid+mp3 is fine and was wondering if one of the existing profiles match that combination or do I need a new one. If a new one is needed, I'll defintely need some help doing it.
Thanks. What are the other requirements for that format? (Max bitrate, continer etc?) There's no existing profile that would work right away but if all the requirements were listed, something could probably get put together.
