You are not on that Plugins page, are you? All the setting are on Capture Sourses tab. Add a new source and if you correctly installed graphrecorder, you should be able to select it as recording sourse. Make sure the channels are also in place. Take a look at the screen, hope it'll help.

Yes, I was on the plugins page. However, I do not see it on the capture sources tab either, see attached. Is there a registry entry that I need to make?

Everything looks fine...I'm using the same dlls and didn't make any registry entries, didn't manually edit any configuration files either. Restart gbpvr services, select "My Source Name", press edit and it should be there under "recording sources"

Still missing something. I have attached a file with the steps I took. GB-PVR thinks my graph is for recording. I would appreciate it if you could review the attached and suggest what I may have wrong.
By the way, Graphedit and ctrl-g couldn't find my graph when I was watching live tv in windvr, so I created this graph manually as close to yours as I could.

It does not show up on the plug-ins page it shows up as one of the recording source

This graph should work fine for preview (live tv), but for all those other entries (low,medium,high,custom,...) you need a different one(s). Does it work in graphedit (that small green play button)? In graphrecorder settings, as far as I know, you still need to specify which graph to use on the *second* page "external via graph(A)"

That is correct - specify graphs on graph A - the others are if you want specific graphs for specific channels (IE you want to crop a channel that always uses letter bars.

I basically use one graph for live preview and one for all the rest (mainly since I use firewire and its all the same quality anyway)

If you need more graphRecorder help please move to the graphRecorder postings:

Looking at my log files after I select LiveTV, it was using an entry for my card that I had added to the direct.ini file. I removed this and now it is looking for a Hauppage card!! It appears that it is not trying to use the external graph that I have added.
