No Resume/Restart option

I've lost resume as well with the new release (although this is also on a new machine), on PC and MVP. Also don't get the new 'watched' indicator.
I see the following at the end of pvrx2.exe.log:

Thanks again Martin and Sub. Making the changes to the db fiixed my issue too. I'm not quite sure why the changes did not happen during install. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when upgrading. I have noticed that the files are read-only. I guess that might have had something to do with it.
