Config crashes during digital mapping

Actually, just noticed I don't have E4 either! Have got E4 +1 and More 4 though :confused: I'm on DVB-T too.

config -> capture source -> edit capture source -> recording source settings -> advanced bda settings -> tick ignore errors (i've got both ticked)

worked for me when e4 disappeared a while back. might be same problem you have.

...then rescan of course. It's a global option so you only need to do it once if you've got more than one capture source.

So the patch definitely improved things for me. No more crashing during the scan, and I see all the channels I'm looking for except for one. Its my local PBS station. I'm looking for its unencrypted QAM signal using AverVolar Max tuner. I can find it using using the AverMedia software but not with GBPVR. I think it may be a different looking signal of 4 low resolution channels instead of 1 HD signal. Any suggestions how to scan differently?

You probably want to check the PBS frequency is actually being scanned. Maybe the AverMedia software shows the frequency of this?

Config app crashed (actually, it hung & I had to kill it) on me when mapping during setup of my HDHomeRun. I just opened it up again & completed the configuration.

Happened once for each capture source I added. For me it seemed like it had trouble playing the thumbnail previews after completing the scan. When I went back in it had no trouble & I was able to complete the setup & it's working like a champ now.

Hi - Tried this but it didn't seem to make any difference for me - still no E4.
