Please find my log files below
this shows it setup when configured to use Hauppauge nova-t 90002 not 909, So it does detect some channels buts not playing anything. I think the fact GB-PVR isnt detecting my card as the 909 model is the root cause of all this. http://www.eatlime.com/files/download.lc...520BDC65E2

complience Wrote:I'm confused, because on the my Hauppauge box it says WinTV-Nova-T model 909Hauppauge 'did a dirty' on the consumer. They completely changed the hardware on the Nova-T somewhen back in 2004 (I think) but carried on calling it a 909. The fact that the ScanChannelsBDA utility is finding Hauppauge 88x drivers means it's not an original 909. Cheers, Brian

so where does this leave me?
do i ask Hauppauge for my money back? i don't see that going well. How should i setup GBPVR? which out of these detected devices will work best with 88x drivers? HVR-1300 HVR-3000(DVB-T) HVR-4000(DVB-T) Nova-T (90002)

Can you run the filtercheck.exe utility from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log that gets created?

complience Wrote:so where does this leave me?If the box says it's a Nova-t then it isn't any of the HVR models - it'll be a 90002 (almost certainly). IF you look on the PCI card itself on the tuner (silver box), it should have a label which says 90002 on it. Oh, don't ask for your money back - I've got 4 Nova-T 90002 cards (bought my first 3 years ago). Definitely worth keeping - you just need to get it working. Cheers, Brian

You should be fine to select the 'Hauppauge Nova-T (90002)' option, for device #1.
If doesnt work when you do the 'map digital channels to epg channels' step, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log after the attempt and I'll take a look.
