Audio, but no picture with 1.2.13

Try installing the audio decoder from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm, then select it on the playback tab of the config app. If that doesnt help, google for AC3Filter and install that.

For that remote, assuming you installed the Hauppauge IR software, you should just have to click the 'fix hauppauge remote settings' button in the config app, then reboot.

AC3Filter has cured the audio problem.

I followed your instructions on the remote, and I'm delighted to report that all is well now. The truth is, however, that I had forgotten to install the IR software. :o
