Never realy got to the bottom of it, so diabled those channels and used the sat. I used to get green blocks on the screen and a partial still picture, and PVRX2 needed a close from taskmanager.
I cant say I've ever seen that myself. I have no problems switching to C4/TV6/TV7 on my DVB-T cards. Green blocks is often seen with ATI hardware accelerators though - are you using an ATI video card?

no i havnt seen green blocks yet because i have nvidia graphic card xfx9600gt. the thing is, why doesnt all this happen with cyberlink power cinema. channels run perfectly. so signal wise i think there is no problem, what u reckon?

Unfortunately, yes. I haven't bothered with watching much on the PC since I strated with the popcorn hour, better looking UI, better quality overall.

There is no guide that I know of, but based on your description it sounds like you've already manage to set it up. It sounds like you're having something really weird happening on C4, but there isnt likely to be any guide that'll tell you how to fix that.

yes i have managed to setup programs but when it comes to tuning it in only cyberlink powercinema has worked. i could be going wrong somewhere since most of the people have got gbpvr working with freeviewhd with same tuner.

This is what i do:-

after install of gbpvr it pops up config.exe.
i go to play back and select cyberlink codec for mpeg2 and for h.264.
next i go to capture sources and add my tuner ( for recorder plugin i choose digital recording plug, is this ritght for hvr2200 with freeviewHD?)
then i choose dvb epg for now, i know it doesnt work that way but epg is not that important to me now.
then i go map channels it does the 1 of 3 and comes up with channels, i map only tvone,2&3 for now then select what they map to and press ok.
then the 3 channels appear under channels and i press ok.
i open pvrx2 and go to live tv it says no signal for all 3 channels.

why no signal when i can see all channels going through powerCinema?.

I dont know. Do a scan then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll see if anything stands out.
