Thats definitely something you should investigate then. There isnt really any gems of info I can provide you on this though - it depends on the LNB you're using. We use slightly different LNBs to those used there in Europe, so my settings wont really help you.

Sub,

Investigation would appear to be the action needed but how can I investigate without your guidance as your post appeared to say

Some LNBs have the three settings listed on them. Otherwise you might be able to find the settings clearly listed in another app. The three LNB values are basically feed to BDA drivers untouched, and if they're wrong it can cause problems with the device not being able to lock settings.

Sub Master,

I know where you're going with this and will follow all choices through before reporting back but I BET this isn't the problem....

Cheers

To be honest, I'm not really sure what you want me to tell you. I dont know why its not working for you - there isnt really a lot of variables that can be tweaked.

I've checked that 11954,H,27500,23 is valid for "Eurobird 1 & Astra 2A/2B/2C/2D at 28.2°E" (http://www.lyngsat.com/28east.html). If I were you I'd be trying to confirm my LNB settings are correct.

I assume you've got a single LNB, not a multi-LNB setup, no diseqc switches etc?
