Can't watch live tv...

I'm new to GB-PVR. I have a 150mce installed. I can get the channels tunned with the tunning assistant and I can get the guide. When I try to use the mvp I get an error that the target machine actively refused it. What could I be doing wrong?

I have the server and mvp on the same network. I can watch movies and listen to music using the GB-PVR but when I try to watch live tv it just give me that error. What ports should be open?

Subs right. Disable the windows FW. If you know the port type in a shell, netstat -na |findstr /i <port> and see if its listening
