Hi Sub,
I inserted the text into Both Bda and Direct.
In Digital it scanned 68 channels with NO Results.
I don't know if the cable Company Broadcasts in Qam
The card is supposed to do 64 and 256.
I have GB-Pvr setup and I Get TV-Guide,Play
Dvd,s,Videos,Photos,Music.
Is there any way I could add a Codec that will
let me use Analog?
When I click on Live TV,the Menu just Jumps.

Sorry wasnt clear you were trying to do QAM. That entry is only going to do over-the-air ATSC. It also wont do analog on that device due to the lack of hardware MPEG2 encoder.

If you want to do QAM you really need to stick to the few core devices that support QAM in GB-PVR, ie Hauppauge devices, HDHomeRun, OnAir GT.

Is there anything like a Software Encoder
and could it be used?
If Not I will have to try Hauppauge again
but Not the 1600,the one I had would not load the Drivers.
The card I'm using now works with the Software that came with it.

Sorry, there is nothing built in that would do this.

A couple of users have attempted plugins for doing software encoding, but I've not used these, so cant really give you any advice on how to use them or if they'll work for you.
