VLC 9.2 and Streaming

It was discovered that with the release of VLC 9.2 streaming via EWA becomes inoperable.

I think I have now figured it out....there was a tweak as the command line format for launching the stream interface.

I'll probably put a patch out here for people to try....this will require people to upgrade VLC on their server to version 9.2.

Great. While you are at it, could you please "expose" more parts of the command line or even the entire command line as an option? I am specially interested in setting a different port for VLC and whether to launch the interface as primary or secondary.

Just an update....I have found the VLC 9.2 version to be unstable for H.264 transcoding. It continually crashes on the server.

I looked at the VLC site and see that they have a 9.3 bug release but not for Windows. They have posted a need for serious Windows developers since they lost theirs.

The just scares the bajeebers out of me......for now I have reverted back to 8.6 which is stable and works fine.
