problems with pinnacle pctv 70e

Hi, I'm having problems with the Pinnacle pctv 70e not getting recognised. I'm sure the drivers are bda compliant. Does anyone know how add the drivers manually.

I have included the filtercheck log files

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try adding this to your bda.ini:
