Screen blank, but still sound

I have installed GB-PVR and all the functions work, except the watch live tv one. When i select it, it will play sound, but the screen is blank. I am using a Hauppage Win tv usb2 pcr and had it working before, but after i restarted the computer, it would not work.

Try turning off live preview mode. It might help.

still does not work, it comes up saying could not play file?
