Audio/video frequencies for manually channel addition

I am trying to manually add channels to the scan-* files in the BDA directory. Where can I find the PID values for the V: and A: variables for specific channels on birds 110 and 119. Is their a website that might have this info?

Thanks. I've checked out this website, but being the idiot that I am, I can't find the PID values for individual channels. I am looking at hxxp://www.lyngsat.com/echo7.html

edit: just found that lyngsat doesn't have freq. values for 119.
