Backup your original file before applying the patch though - in case you need to go back.

Ok - with the psiparser patch I have tried four scans, and each time it has found all the channels, at least I think it has. Should I keep doing it until it does not find something?
Compared to your own scan of the full TS mux I uploaded, 'ETV' is missing (though not sure what channel that is), but a new '6335' is found.

Ok, I guess we cant complain about that. Maybe try a few more scans to see if it looks like its working fine now.

If the problem doesnt return, then I wont bother looking into it any further.

Remember to delete that registry entry when you're done.

They may have changed something about the stream since I scanned. I could tell unless you want to upload another .ts file.

Sorry to report that the issue I have always had with the Nova HS-S2 - crashing trying to scan - is worse now I think. I have tried dozens of times but I cannot scan more than the first few transponders - in fact it mostly crashes before it has scanned the first in the list.
So although the patch psiparser may be able to pick up more channels, in practice I cannot get any!
I will put the old one back and see If I can scan any better.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

You definitely have the GBPVRTSMon.ax patch from the survival guide?

If so, I might have to get you to capture a 100MB or transport stream from the first frequency that is causing you problems so I can try it here.

OK I did have the GBPVRTSMON from the survival guide [SIZE="1"], modified June.I also downloaded it again and it is a new version modified today! (Sorry I was wrong)[/SIZE]But no change. Crashes happen on random transponders - there does not seem to be any pattern to it. Anyway I have noted the transponders being scanned on the last two crashes and I will upload a transport stream from both.
