Hauppauge MCE remote "T" button?

I recently picked up a Hauppauge MCE remote. This is the black one that comes with the HVR-1600s and it has the red, green, yellow, and blue buttons at the bottom. Just below those buttons it has a black button with a square with a T in it. I've looked all the Hauppauge site and I can't find any documentation for this remote and it's keys . . . any idea what that button is for?

Its probably for teletext in countries that use it. Teletext isnt used in north america.
