MVP Screen Sizing Issues

One of my MVPs needs to be configured so all menus fit on the screen. I have tried the plugin MVP Screen Position to get the dimensions but no matter what I input the MVP gets screwy. At first the screen looks adjusted properly but as soon as I select a menu option, the menu items change size then the unit usually will reboot. As soon as I remove the custom settings from the config file and the MVP uses defaults the unit works fine but menu items still do not fit on the screen.

I am running GBPVR version 1.3.7.

Ideas?

I'm having the exact same issue with my MVP as well. Happens with both the blue & the slick skins.
