HVR-2250 Dual tuner available

Wonder why the 1250 would be different from the 2250 - isn't the only difference that the 2250 is DUAL tuner??

The 1250 lacks hardware encoding.

Sorry, I could easily be out of context of your discussion in this thread. I simply commenting on your question above if the dual tuner was the only difference between the 1250 and 2250. Just ignore me if it doesnt give you any useful info.

Sorry - the original statement was that the 1250 seemed to be much more sensitive than the 2250. We were discussing the tuners blocks.

And I NEVER ignore you - something useful is always to be gleaned out of your posts!

Question for anyone who has this card and an HDHomeRun: Are the channel changes on digital channels as fast as they are on the HDHomeRun or are they noticably slower?
