UpdateEPG.bat not working?

I noticed tonight that my program guide info was running out tomorrow night.

I checked, my UpdateEPG.bat is in place and looks OK.

I went to system and hit updage epg and it did it's thing and now my guide is populated.

Any ideas why it evidently isn't doing the update automatically? I have it set in the config program to run at 3am every night.

I'm playing with getting my HVR-1600 (hopefully) running right now and with all the tuner messing and stuff I've reloaded the epg manually several times.

Once I get the tuners squared away we'll see if the problem creeps up again, if it does I'll post ya some logs.
