Help Selecting Tuner Card Today.

I'm going to get a new Tuner Card today. Here are my options (If they are in stock). Please let me know which one(s) will work for watching regular cable (78 channels) - and Clear QAM Channels. and will allow me to record. I currently have the PCTV HD Pro Stick 801e but it dosen't have the necessary hardware MPEG encoder. Will any of the following allow me to use GBPVR to it's potential?

Also, I might play with QAM in Media Center also - will it work?

I prefer a USB device but not required.

Of those, the only one I'd buy is the HVR-1600. It has the required hardware MPEG2 decoder, so will work for both analog and digital. If you prefer USB, then you could also look at the HVR-1950 that isnt on the list.
