Is the TerraTec Cinergy HTC USB XS HD supported by gbpvr? Is anyone using it?
Or does anyone know of a better device for receiving hdtv by cable or from a tv-box (I'm in Norway and has cable from Canaldigital).

I dont know of anyone using it. Assuming its got BDA drivers, the digital side of the device should be usable in GB-PVR. The analog side wont be usable due to the lack of MPEG2 encoder hardware.

Ah. Since I have both analog and digital tv-signal I'll need something with both capabilities, any card you can recommend?

I'm not aware of any DVB-C devices that hardware encoded analog, so you might need two devices to satisfy this.

Well, since only a limited number of shows are interesting to record in HD, I guess I can capture them from the hdtv-box as long as the tv-card has video-in and is capable of handling the format AND has a hw-encoder. All the other shows I can record as usual using my two current analog cards with hw-encoder. Any suggestions?
