2 Questions, EPG and Config

Still having problems.
first , I setup everything in config, and updated epg with my SD number, they all are ok in the capture source tab but in the channels tab all the mixed up channels are stil there and I can't delete them. When I go to the tvguide in GBPVR I only see all the mixed up channels and if I tune to one I know is no good I only get a blank screen. where do I go to delete these channels ?

Second: config does not hold it's folders settings :eek: It always reverts to c:\temp. Every time i open config I have to reset mostly everything.

Your easiest clean up might be deleting the gbpvr.db3 file, then starting the config app (and it'll create you a nice clear gbpvr.db3 file), then setup your capture sources again from scratch.

Try changing some settings, then hit the ok button to close config, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Here are the logs after a fresh install, stil the same and also the tray icon doesn't show up.

I cant see any errors there. Maybe search your hard drive to see if there are any extra copies of config.xml sitting around.

I have reinstalled the tuner card, drivers wintv6 and GBPVR1.3.7, still won't hold config options.:mad: I am formatting and starting all from scratch, WinXP SP2, all drivers and will see if that fixes it. I have tried 3hours to nail down the problem with no luck. It works on my other system with the same setup so it should work on this one. Will let you know when I'm finished and tested it.

Did you search the hard drive for extra copies of config.xml? Your symptoms sounds extactly like another user if the past and his problem was caused by a different config.xml being picked up.
