blank recording with HDHR

I am having a problem recording since last upgrading both GBPVR and HDHR to the newest version. I can record from the first tuner fine. If the second tuner is used, I get a blank (0 mb) recording. I was getting a recording of the wrong channel so I recycled the power on the HDHR. Now I'm getting the blank (0 mb). My bda.ini looks good and I went throught the config/channel map and everything looks good there. I can also confirm the channel with preview in the config. Since my GBPVR installation is on an older machine, I can't run the application to "Watch TV" and check if that is working properly.

Any suggestions?

Nothing really springs to mind, but zip and attach the logs and I'll see if anything stands out.

I rebooted my server and power cycled the hdhr and all 4 recordings went flawless. I have no explanation, but it's working.
