XMLTV file???

Hi,
I am trying to install this great software. I have an Hauppage 350 card wich works great.
How do I know what XMLTV file I should use for the EPG source?
I am not a programmer and do not understand to much of this.

XMLTV files are produced by another peice of software, and contain the tv listings for your area. For information on getting XMLTV working on your machine so you can generate these files, take a look at http://membled.com/work/apps/xmltv/

Where are you? In some countries there are additional utilities to make it a bit easier to setup.
