PVR 500 on XP MCE No Recording

I am having trouble recording/buffering tv with my PVR 500 card in Windows XP MCE. I have the latest Hauppauge drivers, and 0.9.11 of GBPVR. Everything else seems to be working fine. I am able to actually set something to be recorded, and the directory is created, but the recorded file never appears. Even the recording service turns green, and tells me it is recording. Any time I try to do time-shifting, I get the "Failure to play file" error. Anybody have any ideas. Log file attached.
