As i play most of my recordings back on my pch and as i have learned the PCH does not handle recorded .ts files well all the time. TS doctor has been a great tool in correcting the issues and have yet to have a play back issue when running my files through it. But as a convinience factor i would love if this was automated as a post process bat file.

I would like to set it up that sometime around 11:30pm the ts files are run through ts doctor

is this possible and how would i set it up

Have you tried TS4NP? It cleans TS files pretty well too and it can run from a command line. I have asked Cypheros about a command line but he didn't seem too interested. You can reach him easily on the NMT forum http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...624&page=1

Martin,

Do you happen to have a link for it, also could you briefly describe how i would create a post process or a link i can read on how to set something up. I am unfortunately not very knowledgable in these kinds of things

Heres' a link. The command syntax is just so it go into any postprocessing file

ts4np infile outfile

I'm sure you can get some postprocessing samples, I've never written on. Without command line parameter you will get a GUI

Theres also TSRemux

and TSMuxer

Thanks Martin

I will look at these and see what fits best, do you rate any of these better than the others?

Actually I count myself lucky, the ts files I get locally (3 OTA and 2 clear QAM tv and 100+ clear QAM audio) play fine without a need for them. I've downloaded lots of samples and each one acts differently, so it is probably best to test with your particular streams.
