EPG update adds a channel

I am using Schedules Direct. In my area the History Channel is on 67 (without STB). If you have a STB it is on 71. Schedules Direct has the channel as 71 as well. When I set up my capture device and get the EPG listings I unchecked the channels I didn't want and then edited History channel to '67'.

This has worked fine for a while, but today I noticed that I now have 2 History Channels. I removed the channel in using config (by editing capture device). Also - the History Channel (ch. 67 in GBPVR) now has no data in the TV Guide.

Any suggestions?

This is usually because they've made a slight change to the channel name. Delete both of these channels, then do an 'update epg' and you should get the current channel name. You're then safe to change the channel number to 67 if thats your preference.
