Great, I installed it right away.
It seems like the UI of a new version takes a long time to start the first time, but that this just is the first run thing (noticed this in the earlier test version as well).

Initially I forgot to change the batch file, but after that it run through all the folders.

Right, the first time, the db needs to get opened and loaded. I've noticed this as well, I believe it is a SQLite thing.

Glad it is working for you!

I have empty db-files in a lot of the folders that the grabber searches through; gbpvr.db. They have different dates, from march 11 and forward (there could be older ones too...)

And as I came home and started the grabber UI a second time, it takes a really long time to search for files. The earlier version, without the batch-feature where a lot faster.

Zip and post your log file, I'll see if I can spot a problem.

Hi,
I'm unable to get cover art for some files, for example Dexter [102] - Crocodile.avi. Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Log attached.

This looks to be a problem on TheTvDb. They have made some changes over there and I also have had problems getting some images from them.
Code:
2009-04-01 15:24:28.859 VERBOSE [1] WizWebHelper:       ThumbnailImage-          [URL]http://thetvdb.com/banners/episodes/79349-308834.jpg[/URL]
2009-04-01 15:24:29.578 VERBOSE [1] WizThumbnail:       ThumbnailImage-          Runtime Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I believe they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve. There are several images that may be available,

I may change my code to look for others if the main one is not found. I suspect they may all be missing though.

The address that is not being found in that case is almost identical to the address of the image that appears on the episode page, the only difference being that they use a / instead of a - between the last two numbers. Is that a recent change, and could that image be grabbed instead?

The URLs for the images come directly from TheTvDb, so I am hesitant in changing my code to adjust for bad data on their end. I'm thinking that they will get their data fixed, and the problem will go away.

Here are my logs after my most resent tests.
When I ran the batch, nothing got updated. But I think that I need to tweak the script a little more, as I got all the hits in the UI.
Well except "the beast 0110" that always come back as The beast of war (or something like that). But this last issue is a really minor thing as it doesn't seem to be all that good anyway...
