OK, no worries. Wasn't sure if it was mpegs too so just tested it today and they are not affected as you say.

If I remember I will do this, but I figured that since it wasn't the Back key anymore, people would use the Stop more.

I've mentioned the OSD refresh issue to sub. The PCH modes suffer at times because this is MVP optmized.

The blue key will toggle the OSD off, if it gets too annoying.

How should I expect mvpmcx2 to play MPEG1 files on the PCH? Currently my MPEG1 files wont play at all on my component PCH2 setup.

That's to be expected, without a demuxer I can't determine it is mpeg1 and sub doesn't support mpeg1 timelines to the MVP. You will need to use USB Eject to have these play using the PCH's player.

Hey Martin, any idea when HDMI will get the new features? Don't want to pester you about it, but I'd love to get the new version loaded up except my WII is taking up the only component port on my TV.

It's too early in testing to say. I'd like sub to make some fixes first so that this can go mainstream.

Quick question, I only seem to get sound out of my optical connection :S is this a setting on PCH its taken from (like the Video resolution) or can it be changed to the standard audio out?

mvpmcx2 currently doesn't know anything to setup the audio output, in fact even digital pass through is not configured so given that 99.99% of my testing is analog I don't understand what is happening. Perhaps if you disconnect the digital out, analog will be output automatically?

I haven't gotten caught up on all the posts in here, will this work for both PCH and MVP? Or is it a PCH specific edition. I still have my MVP, and would like to do an update on the mvpmcx2 if there is one.
