I am sure that I am doing something stupid but I am having problems getting the new mvpmcx2 running. My PCH was running fine today. I shutdown the recording service. replaced all the files from this thread post #1. I changed the MVPClientType to PCH2. Initially it looked like my config.xml got corrupted. I put the original config.xml back and it was ok and I tried again. It looked ok but when I start GBPVR on the PCH I just get a black screen. Then after a minute it kicks back to the PCH screen. The only errors I noticed in the logs were related to the skin. Do I need to update my skin to get this to run? Where can I get an updated skin?

Thanks! I knew it was something silly. I completely forgot that I had that MVP on the network. I did have a Config issue with my MAC address but now it is running great. I am amazed at how well it performs. Thanks Martin and Sub! I need to get used to the keys on the remote. I am so used to the MCE remote but I love the improvements. Thanks for the help.

a) 16x9 full screen, 4:3 pillarboxed
b) 16x9 in a 4x3 window, 4:3 full screen
c) 16x9 full screen, 4:3 fullscreen + pan & scan
Is there a key mapped to this toggling? (can't find one mentioned) we're not used to the UK digital channels being letterboxed and analogue full screen.
It is zoom but this only works on analogue signals, on HDMI beta I still have serious issues setting it. If you don't like the defaults consider changing the command line to the opposite of what your setting is on the PCH ie

--zoom full or --zoom fit

Hmmm, blank screen with either of those, dropping back to the PCH menu. Running from telnet produces much more stuff then my scrollback buffer holds. I've tweaked putty, but got thrown off the TV by "someone else" I'll capture the output in an hour or so when the TV comes free again (sigh).
