Hello, everybody,

I am follwing the wiki about how to setup the PCH A110 with GB-PVR, but I am not able to start the application in PCH A110. Screen get black.

I put some traces in the in the startmeup

/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 1080i > /etc/mvpmc/startmeup.txt &

And I get the following !!!!

cat startmeup.txt
DFB: tv mode 18
vmode 18
hdtv50 1280x720
Couldn't set property RMDispMainMixerPropertyID_LayerOrder for module 12: RM_ERROR
Couldn't set property RMDispMainMixerPropertyID_LayerOrder for module 12: RM_ERROR
Couldn't set property RMDispMainMixerPropertyID_LayerOrder for module 12: RM_ERROR

Couldn't set property RMGenericPropertyID_Validate for module 0: RM_NOT_FOUND
Couldn't set property RMGenericPropertyID_Surface for module 0: RM_NOT_FOUND
Couldn't set property RMGenericPropertyID_Validate for module 0: RM_NOT_FOUND
Couldn't set property RMGenericPropertyID_MixerSourceIndex: RM_ERROR

Any idea about what can be the problem ?

I put a sniffer in the GB-PVR server and I don´t receive any tcp/upd packet, so it seems problem is in package mvpmcx2

Any idea ?

It probably would be better to have captured stderr using 2>filename but I am going to guess your monitor's EDID doesn't report supporting 50Mhz so might try adding --frequency 60 to the command line.

That's better you are now either being block by a firewall or the MVP server is not autostarting. Please upload you GBPVR logs and I will have a look.

Did you use the NMTInstall to configure GBPVR?

Great, I managed to solve !!!

I execute the installation for dummies and install in my PCH the new mvpmc that is in this installation and now is working perfectly.

I have done a record and after I have seen the recording video...

It is great !!!

The only thing is that after playing a Live Radio, when I sttoped this the PCH get stop...

But is a minor problem !!!

Any way, now I am interested in doing or integrating some program to watch online TV in my PCH, any idea ?

How have you developed this pprogram for PCH ?

Is there any API to do it ?

There is no API, this is raw C code. The Graph/External Recording plugins provide a mechanism to use IPTV as a capture source and the Ubustream plugin does support some IP streaming too.

For Internet radio if the crashes continue, compress and upload your GBPVR logs and I will look, this is not normal.
