Full Screen on secondary output

Is there a way to display GBPVR full-screen to my secondary output (DVI-Television) at startup?

Primary (VGA) - Computer Monitor
Secondary (DVI) - Television

You can use the command line options. I use gbpvr.exe -noframe -pos:1024,0,720,576 to start it without a frame on the secondary display.

In my case the primary is the DVI and the secondary the TV out but I don't think that matters.
