Suspend for recurring recordings

I often need to stop recurring recordings temporarily when I am traveling because I will not be able to watch them and then delete them as usual. However, the only way to do it now is to cancel them, and then recreate them when I come back. It would be nice if there is a suspend/activate option where recordings do not have to be deleted. The system will still be needed for other functions (movies, radio etc) during the time the recordings are suspended.

I second this. Even though you can get this functionality from the XRecord plugin, having the ability to do this right out of the box would definitely be a bonus.

Would it be possible to reduce "keep" to 1 so that it only records one show.
Or for sub, could it drop to zero to suspend recordings. (and introduce a new "it hasn't recorded" problem )

There again, the main advantage of a PVR to me is to record stuff while I'm away and catch up when I return.

Sorry, I doubt it'd happen before your holiday. I'm not ready to do a new release at this stage.

All I can give you is a maybe. I havnt decided whether this feature will definitely be implemented.
