I am running the latest version (as far as i know) of GB-PVR. BTW, I think it is awesome and I love it.

But recently when i started the program it asked for the installer - so i dl'ded it and navigated it to it. It looked like when you start a feature of MS office that you havent installed. Anyway, it did a quuick install thing, then started GB.

Now when I go to the Theater Plugin it just says "you have no shows" and wont update or anything!

Ive tried removing the plugin, resetting it, even system restoring to a previous point when the theater plugin was working. I have an internet connection that works.

Any ideas?

I've had that same thing happen to me multiple times -- click on GBPVR shortcut and get a dialog asking for the msi file ... what i've found is that somehow the shortcut files are screwed up -- if you just remake the shortcut files it will work fine..

Anyone have any clue how this happens? Is it gbpvr-related in any way or some screwy windows (win2k in my case) behavior?

The theater plugin will be down for a few days. Fandango has changed their html structure substaintly. It looks like it is repairable. Just need to rewrite most of the parser.

Just to give you a heads up. I have restored basic parsing. I do not get the time information correctly yet but the review, picture, show data, theater information are now parsable. I will try to fix the time and post it.

So we can now tell what movies are playing where, but not what time, yes?

Are you thinking near term for times or long term? No sense dragging out the desktop monitor to update the PVR if its just gonna be another week 'fore the time works again!

Thanks again jorm!
