Community Skin stopped working

I have been using the community skin since it's intoduction. Yesterday I added custom tasks for Hulu and Zinc. Don't know if this was the issue, but my skin was no changed and now I cam't get it back. I uninstalled the custom tasks with no luck. I installed the new skin developed for wide screens, again withiut success. PVRX2 now crashes when I try to change my skin. I have attached the logs.

First, go into gb-pvr config and set your skin to Blue. Completely uninstall ALL versions of the community skin, and make sure you get rid of the old skin plugin (it's generating all kinds of errors in your log). after you run any available uninstall programs for CS3/CS4 (found on in the gbpvr program group on the start menu), delete any CS directories from gbpvr/skin and gbpvr/skin2, and then delete any skinplugin directories from gbpvr/plugins

once that's done, download the latest CS4 from the wiki (http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Skin/...ySkin#toc3) and install it. if you've still got problems, repost your logs. you may need to change your log level to debug, right now it's set on errors only... sometimes it's helpful to see what IS working in the log, rather than only what isn't.

Thanks for the help. How can I manually uninsntall the skins? There is not an option on my GBPVR program group!

if there's no uninstalls available (i should have made clear there might not be), just follow the rest of the instructions:

"delete any CS directories from gbpvr/skin and gbpvr/skin2, and then delete any skinplugin directories from gbpvr/plugins"

first though, do make sure you've gone into config and changed your skin back to Blue (I added that to the post above, but you may have read it before you saw the edit).

Genius! Everything back to normal. In fact, even better with the new skins.

One more quick question. How do I reduce the font size? Text is being truncated on the main menu. I have set it to +1, the default.

Actually 0 is the default. if you scroll down in the list of text sizes, you'll see -1,-2, etc. The fact that the list scrolls isn't immediately obvious.
