newbie questions on automation be thankful for some answers

First I would like to thank whoever wrote all these plugins and gbpvr I got all the general features to work fine now im looking for a little customization. I want to be able to have automatic conversion to Xvid as well as commercials cut out automatically (I know its not going to be perfect but comskip does get the good majority) I understand how to use autogk as well as gk and am willing to purchase or configure other software to get this to work. My main problem is you guys keep referencing postprocessing.bat and that doesn't exist as a file on my comp I know cause I ran a search and I couldnt find it in the config menu either. I have conskip fully functioning and that works fine. Just need a little advice. I am a chemical engineering major so I dont need someone to hold my hand I just need a direction and I do have a little programming experience in C++.

The post-proc/epg bat files are in the gbpvr/ dir, along w/ the program, DBs, etc.

If they aren't there,
a) Windows is hiding them (setting is on to not show these files), or
b) I don't know how you have comskip working at all, since you have to add the ref to do it in the bat.

postprocessing.bat doesnt exist by default. If you need it, then you must create it, or one of the plugins may create it for you.

How do you get comskip to work w/o it? I assumed he had the bat file since I thought it was the only way to get comskip to run (assuming he has it running automactically like everyone else).

If you don't have PostProcessing.bat, and have comskip, GBPVR will automagically run Comskip on the file when it finishes recording. Howerver that is the only program that it runs, and if you use some of the other utility applications that required to be run after a recording finishes, you can only do this through PostProcessing.bat.

ok I get that its not there and I need a plugin to create but which plugin

ok this give me an autodoit script which will only work with the screen resolution it was wrote for and its compiled so I cant even look at it sry but I dont see how this helps KingArgyle. Guess I could just write my own but I was hoping for a shortcut im a slow programmer and I was also hoping to cut the commercials out too.
