Is there a way to switch left and right sound channel?

I had an video clips(MPEG2) which was stereo sound.
The left channel is english audio
The right channel is spanish audio

Over here, I would like to know is there are ways to switch only left or right sound channel?

I had search the gbpvr wiki and I don't find such shortcut key.

you can do that, if you're using Window's built in MPEG2 Audio Decoder, with the semicolon or probably ^G key (look in KeyMappings\VideoPlayer.xml),
