Recommended Hardware to Replace TelstraClear Digital decoder

I'm brand new to this forum so please excuse any duplication from other members. I've been looking for a good PVR for some time as I have a large library on online video and keen to integrate this with TV.

I have digitial Telstraclear cable and am keen to integrate this. I understand that I need a DVB-C card and Iredeto Cam. Could someone recommend what hardware to purchase and ideally where from.

Its not an iredeto cam that is used since that's not supported.

And you realise that by attempting this you are breaking TCL's terms and conditions? (Unauthorised devices on their networks).

It can, however be done with a dvb-c card, card reader, and the use of MDAPI plugin.
